Compensation: Starting at $20.00 per hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Regularly maintain equipment and building systems in compliance with specifications
  2. Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
  3. Disassemble and reassemble machinery and components as needed
  4. Conduct building maintenance tasks related to mechanical, heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems
  5. Adhere to OSHA and food safety regulations and policies
  6. Test equipment and machinery to verify proper functionality

Qualifications:

  1. Certification in HVAC and/or refrigeration or equivalent hands-on experience
  2. Familiarity with high voltage, low voltage electrical systems, and PLCs
  3. 1-2 years of relevant experience or training in a hospitality or restaurant environment
  4. Ability to interpret schematics and blueprints for equipment and facilities
  5. Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
  6. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  7. Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
  8. Strong communication skills

Compensation: $20.00/hour or more based on experience

Job Type:

  1. Full-time position: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, five days a week, including some Saturdays, with participation in an on-call rotation with other team members.
