About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Dutchman Hospitality Group/Essenhaus. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and building systems are functioning properly
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems to minimize downtime
  • Disassemble and reassemble equipment, machinery, and components as directed
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures
  • Follow OSHA and food safety regulations and policies to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Certification in HVAC and/or refrigeration or comparable on-the-job experience
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including high voltage and low voltage electrical systems
  • Ability to read and follow schematics and prints for equipment and buildings
  • Capability of lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Possess good communication skills
