Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with intake and assessment processes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct group therapy sessions and community meetings
- Maintain open communication with clients, family members, and other staff members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Valid certification in substance abuse counseling (CSAC-A or CSAC-A Eligible)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
