Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA Home Health Care, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing skilled nursing care to patients in their own homes
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conducting regular assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state where you will be working
  • Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed
