Job Summary:

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Nurse Manager/Home Health RN for our Medicare Certified home health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Inspire: Lead, inspire, and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
  • Supervise Field Nurses and Therapists: Supervise a team of field nurses and therapists.
  • Facilitate Training: Facilitate new hire orientation and training for new nurses.
  • Coordinate In-Services: Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with 3 or More Years of Experience: Must have 3 or more years of experience as an RN.
  • Acute, Med/Surg, or Sub-Acute Experience: Acute, med/surg, or sub-acute experience preferred.
  • Supervisory Experience: Must have supervisory experience.
