Job Summary

The Lead Cook is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Operations: Prepare and cook food to order, following standardized recipes and production guidelines.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience as a cook or in a related role, with a strong background in food preparation and service.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on culinary arts or a related field.
  • Certifications: Food safety certification, with a strong understanding of food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
