We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Wound and Ostomy Care at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center. As a Wound Ostomy RN, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with complex wound and ostomy needs.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality wound and ostomy care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families on wound and ostomy care, including wound management, ostomy care, and continence care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Stay current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines in wound and ostomy care.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- California Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Board Certified WOCN or WCC and OMS within 1 year of hire
- 1 year experience in medical/surgical nursing
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- Wound and ostomy care experience
