Role Summary:

The Concierge Services Ambassador plays a crucial role in welcoming and assisting all guests at St. John's Episcopal Hospital. As the initial point of contact, ambassadors are expected to demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome each patient or visitor with a friendly demeanor and supportive assistance.
  • Guide or direct guests to their designated locations within the hospital.
  • Evaluate the need for wheelchair assistance for patients.
  • Engage with patients and visitors to gather feedback on their service experience.
  • Relay any issues or concerns to the relevant team members for resolution.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service is essential.
  • Positive attitude and outlook.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in email and word processing applications.
  • Fluency in English is required; bilingual candidates are preferred.
