About the Role:

  • Assist individuals with non-vocational activities to enable them to live independently in their own homes or with family.
  • Support individuals with person-centered planning, including home management skills, money management, nutrition, and meal preparation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the individuals being supported.
  • Provide companionship on outings and activities for individuals being supported.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities in the community and managing associated behaviors.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Med Tech certification (or eligibility to become Med Tech certified).
