Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Designing algorithms for vehicle guidance and control in an undersea environment, including signal processing, detection, classification, tracking, and autonomous decision-making.
  • Analyzing multi-sensor data to evaluate system performance.
  • Developing, implementing, integrating, and testing software to demonstrate guidance and control algorithms.
  • Collaborating and communicating effectively with peers.
  • Documenting work through reports and presentations.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in an engineering or science discipline.
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Programming languages such as MATLAB, Python, or C++.
  • Object-oriented software design.
  • Vehicle autonomy.
  • Object tracking and classification.
  • Machine learning.

Salary and Benefits:
This position comes with a salary range of $76,700.00 - $129,500.00, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include a competitive compensation package, opportunities for professional growth, and a collaborative work environment.
