About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Compunnel Inc. as a key member of our software development team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API design and development, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient software systems that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks
  • Implement microservices architecture to improve system scalability and reliability

Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of HTTP-based APIs, networking, and internet protocols
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML, and browser developer tools
  • Understanding of asynchronous code, promises, callbacks, and event loops
  • Experience with JavaScript MV* frameworks, such as Angular and React
  • Comfortable with visual design and rapid prototyping
  • Expertise in one IDE of choice, such as VS Code or WebStorm
  • Experience with automation tools and frameworks, such as Mocha, Jasmine, Selenium, and Protractor
  • Advanced Git skills
