Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated OBGYN to join our esteemed practice in a picturesque location. This role offers a unique opportunity to enjoy a fulfilling career while embracing the stunning landscapes of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Community Highlights: The ideal candidate will appreciate the great outdoors and the natural beauty surrounding our community, including mountains, rivers, and lakes. This region is perfect for those who seek a balance between professional responsibilities and personal enjoyment.

Practice Details: This full-time position is designed for a board-certified or board-eligible physician trained in laparoscopy. You will have the chance to work in a newly constructed women's health facility, with the option to provide care in a satellite clinic.

Hospital Information: Our facility boasts over 350 annual births, making it the primary birthing center in the area. We offer a Level 1 Nursery and have two pediatricians available to assist with complex cases, including c-sections and high-risk pregnancies. The Women's Center features three LDRP suites for comprehensive maternal care.

Team Dynamics: You will collaborate with a supportive team, including one OBGYN, one Family Medicine physician, and two mid-level practitioners, fostering a collegial and collaborative work environment.

Compensation Package: We offer a competitive compensation structure based on a wRVU model, along with potential bonuses. Additional benefits such as a sign-on bonus, student loan repayment options, and relocation assistance are negotiable, as well as stipends for residents in their final year.
