Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Concierge Specialist to join our team in Pasadena. As a Product Concierge Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing detailed education and delivery on all luxury vehicle models.
  • Assess customer knowledge and priorities to personalize the delivery experience.
  • Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and technologies, focusing on customer comfort level and retention.
  • Follow up with customers within one to two weeks after delivery to answer questions or conduct a second delivery to teach additional feature operations.
  • Resolve customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues and direct customers to additional information resources.
  • Conduct owner clinics on a consistent basis, including new owner clinics and franchise infotainment how-to workshops.
  • Utilize CRM daily to assist in responding to new leads promptly and follow up with "Lost Sale" prospects to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in service waiting areas and provide valuable vehicle technology insights.
  • Train sales and service staff on key technologies and how to best explain and demonstrate them to customers.
  • Assist management in department scheduling, planning, and customer service.
  • Effectively assist the sales department in vehicle tracking, including reporting new and used sold vehicles to MFR and arranging vehicle transportation to customers as needed.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar position in the automotive, retail, sales, or hospitality industries.
  • A current California Driver License with a clean Department of Motor Vehicle driving record.
  • A required California Sales License.
