Key Responsibilities:

  • Production: Efficiently apply components to various types of automotive glass.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process by properly and safely handling automotive glass.
  • Customer-Focused Distribution: Ensure that all glass products meet customer specifications and are ready for installation.
  • Lifting and Handling: Safely lift and manage automotive glass components as required.
  • Quality Checking: Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure product standards are met.
  • Productivity: Meet or exceed production rate targets while maintaining quality.

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Ability to Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old, Able to Lift 40 pounds, No Education Requirement.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to be $17.22 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
