Maintenance Planner

Vitro Automotive Glass is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at our Crestline (Mansfield), Ohio plant. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing scheduled maintenance programs to minimize production downtime.

• Establish and maintain a preventative maintenance program to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
• Plan and schedule maintenance work to ensure timely completion and minimize disruptions to production
• Collaborate with production planning to ensure maintenance work is aligned with production schedules
• Develop and maintain a master schedule of all required maintenance work
• Compile and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness
• Participate in projects and predictive maintenance activities as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Science, Logistics, or Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of equipment reliability concepts and quality management methods
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Computerized Maintenance System (CMM)
