Position Overview:
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting skills assessments and evaluating driving capabilities.
- Providing assistance to clients regarding vehicle and watercraft titles and registration requirements.
- Ensuring adherence to all applicable laws in the State of Indiana concerning the operation, licensing, and registration of personal motor vehicles.
- Participating in training sessions and/or completing certification examinations as necessary.
- Safeguarding the confidentiality of customer information and all associated records.
- Filling in for Customer Service Representatives when required.
Additional Information:

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Possession of a valid State of Indiana driver's license for a minimum of 12 months.
- No at-fault motor vehicle accidents resulting in death or serious injury.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for branch-related activities, training, or community events.
- Experience in customer service.
- Ability to interact tactfully and effectively with diverse individuals and situations, demonstrating calmness, alertness, quick reflexes, and patience.
- Familiarity with the operation of various types of motor vehicles.
- Working knowledge of Indiana driving regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking abilities and troubleshooting skills.
- Capability to handle cash and card transactions.
