Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team at Direct Orthopedic Care. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient experience through effective communication and timely resolution of guest requests.

About the Role:

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for current and potential guests, vendors, and other medical clinics.
  • You will guide guests through our services in the most efficient manner possible.
  • You will assist clinic operations with tasks such as faxes and appointments.
  • You will greet guests in a courteous and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Exhibits behaviors consistent with strong service excellence.
  • Ability to demonstrate professional communication.
  • Must be able to learn our guest management software.
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized.
  • Must have a high school diploma.
  • Must be able to problem-solve independently.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly preferred.

Salary Estimate: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
