Job Title: Immigration Attorney

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic team at W3Global Inc. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing legal counsel and representation to clients in various immigration matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in immigration matters, including family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, asylum, and deportation defense.
  • Manage a diverse caseload and ensure the timely and effective handling of cases.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their immigration goals and keep them informed about the progress of their cases.
  • Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and policies and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in each case.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in California.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing immigration law.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and procedures.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service.
  • Must be able to speak Spanish.

Location: Diamond Bar, CA

Position: On-site

Salary: 80-100k
