Position Title:

Adjunct Faculty, Computer Science and Cybersecurity

Job Summary:

We are seeking an adjunct faculty member to teach computer science and cybersecurity courses at InsideHigherEd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and cybersecurity, as well as experience in teaching and mentoring students.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach computer science and cybersecurity courses to undergraduate and graduate students
  • Develop and implement course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments
  • Assess and grade student performance accurately and promptly
  • Provide feedback, mentorship, and guidance to students
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in computer science and cybersecurity

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or closely related field
  • Experience in teaching and mentoring students
  • Strong background in computer science and cybersecurity
  • Ability to develop and implement course materials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Computer Science or closely related field
  • Experience in industry or research in computer science and cybersecurity
  • Publication record in computer science and cybersecurity
  • Experience in curriculum development and assessment
