Job Summary

The Sales Enablement Specialist will provide excellence in all customer interactions, ensuring consistent, accurate, and positive day-to-day customer interfaces. Key responsibilities include:

  • Order processing and invoicing
  • Customer Returns processing
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Ensuring customer, pricing, and terms are consistent with contractual T&Cs
  • Handling customer complaints in accordance with Company policies and advising management promptly
  • Providing a comprehensive level of customer support by explaining products/services
  • Identifying critical account management capabilities and customer needs through a deep understanding of business and customer base
  • Actively monitoring daily EDI transmissions from key assigned accounts
  • Monitoring levels of supplies and orders as necessary
Key Responsibilities

The Sales Enablement Specialist will also be responsible for supporting and enabling the sales team with timely, accurate sales collateral, including:

  • Sample / Demo order processing and fulfillment
  • Distribution Sales and marketing collateral
  • Supporting marketing and sales with Exhibits and Conventions product, fixtures, and collateral
  • Managing scheduling needs to support new business prospects during evaluations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the Sales Enablement Specialist must have:

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Customer Service role required
  • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable experience preferred
  • Strong multi-tasking and computer skills to navigate multiple systems
  • Ability to cope with a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to resolve issues using problem-solving logic and troubleshooting skills
  • Flexible and team-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
  • Must be able to read, understand, and communicate in English
