Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct and indirect personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and hygiene.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, family members, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Perform duties as assigned on personal care service plans, including medication reminders and light housekeeping.
- Assist clients with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and other errands as needed.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote mental and physical well-being.
- Previous personal care experience, preferably in a home health care setting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (preferred).
- Weekend availability a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle driving record check.
