- Obtain and verify patient information, including medical history, demographics, insurance details, and pre-authorizations.
- Ensure superior customer service and service recovery, utilizing good judgment to meet or exceed patient, visitor, physician, and Providence Health System staff expectations.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient scheduling processes.
- 1 year of hospital or medical office work experience.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Coursework or training in business or a related field.
- Experience with Epic or similar healthcare software.
