Responsibilities:

* Assist in the preparation of conceptual estimates and bid packages
* Conduct research and analysis of historical data to develop guidelines and precedence for future estimates
* Support the development of project update and bid package estimate documents
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date files of working documents

Requirements:

* Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program
* Preferred majors/concentrations in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields
* Evidence of high academic achievement and prior leadership experience preferred
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
* Regularly required to remain in a stationary position and move to access people or machinery or workspaces
* Occasionally required to ascend and/or descend a ladder or stairs to reach work areas

Working Conditions:

* Frequently required to work in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions
* May be exposed to prolonged loud noises and scents and fragrances
