Emory Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and experienced Fitness Instructor to lead and instruct various group-exercise classes for our members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and safe environment for our members to achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high-energy group-exercise classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and interests
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive class environment that promotes member engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with our wellness team to create a comprehensive fitness program that meets the needs of our members
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our members
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a group-exercise instructor with multiple certifications
  • Experience teaching classes similar to those offered at Emory Healthcare
  • College certificate or Associate Degree preferred
  • Current certification as a group-fitness instructor or leader from an NCCA-accredited organization
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification in accordance with the American Heart Association
