Position Overview

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care, evaluating and examining new patients, managing those undergoing treatment, and monitoring patients after treatment is complete. Your expertise will be invaluable in establishing trust with our patients and ensuring they receive the highest level of care.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Contribute to physicians' effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range patient care issues
  • Provide information and commentary to the care team pertinent to clinical deliberations
  • Recommend options and courses of action
  • Implement physician directives
  • Evaluate patient health through interviews and physical examinations
  • Order diagnostic tests and interpret results
  • Prescribe and refill medications and oncology treatments
  • Document patient care services in patient and department records
  • Round on patients in the hospital
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 1-3 years of clinical experience
  • National certification as ANP, FNP, GNP, or PA-C
  • Current DEA license
  • Strong technical/computer skills and EMR experience

We also prefer candidates with oncology experience, but it's not mandatory.
