Position Overview

The role involves managing warehouse operations specifically for air export activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating during the night shift, with hours from 11:30 PM to 8:30 AM, Monday through Friday.
  • Engaging in forklift operations and constructing airline pallets (ULDs).
  • Loading and unloading freight from trucks.
  • Performing data entry tasks and labeling shipments accurately.
  • Verifying documentation for precision and compliance.
  • Collaborating with team members and other Expeditors offices to ensure seamless operations.
  • Completing 52 hours of mandatory training annually.

This position promotes a positive team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Air Export Warehouse Agent position should demonstrate:

  • Experience in executing a variety of logistics services, systems, and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, comprehend, and communicate effectively to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • A proactive mindset coupled with excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Fluency in English.
