Location: Chino, CA

Job Overview:

Under direct supervision, the individual will be responsible for assembling small components, including capacitors and switches, into cabinets. This role involves fabricating various sub-assemblies and performing additional tasks as required.

Key Skills:

Mechanically inclined with the ability to operate power tools effectively.


Compensation:
$18 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be expected to meet the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with fellow assemblers to consistently achieve quality and production targets.
  • Assist with sheet metal, grinding, and welding teams as necessary.
  • Utilize a forklift for moving pallets and cabinets.
  • Assemble capacitor racks and install various components including oil switches and insulation.
  • Drill and install plastic fittings and construct transformer brackets.
  • Ensure adherence to blueprints by verifying clearances and hole diameters.
  • Operate tools such as air sanders, mini-punches, grinders, and band saws.
  • Fabricate small hardware parts and maintain a clean work environment.
