Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep and mop floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
  • Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks, as well as all other food preparation surfaces.
  • Segregate and remove trash and garbage, and place it in designated containers.
  • Steam clean or hose out garbage cans in assigned areas.
  • Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other food preparation machines and equipment.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, observing all safe lifting standards.
  • Assist with banquet table and front of the house setup as requested.
  • Load or unload and deliver supplies and product.
  • Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment, adhering to all outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
