As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and delivering direct patient care while adhering to state, federal, and MFA guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with established regulations and policies.
- Supervise and support CNAs in their daily tasks.
- Document and report on patients' progress, abilities, and any issues noted in the care plan for RN evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a current license from the Virginia Board of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a skilled nursing environment is required.
- Availability for the 7a - 7p shift.
