Georgetown and Cambridge Manor, a respected nonprofit organization, is seeking a passionate and driven individual to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer. Our facilities provide a nurturing environment for elderly residents, offering a spectrum of care from minimal assistance to specialized support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations of the facility, ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Lead by example in fostering a culture of quality assurance and employee engagement.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a skilled team across all major departments to maintain high standards of care.
- Engage in marketing and sales initiatives, developing and executing an annual business strategy to achieve high occupancy rates.
Qualifications:
- A strong commitment to our mission of providing compassionate care for the aging population.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in assisted living or long-term care settings, with a blend of education and practical experience.
- Previous leadership experience is preferred.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Word and Outlook.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative management approach.
