Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall operations of the facility, ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a skilled team across all major departments to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in assisted living or long-term care settings, with a blend of education and practical experience.
