Custodial Services Coordinator

A strong communicator with excellent leadership skills, you will collaborate with operations managers to develop and implement facilities management plans. You will also communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations, manage inventory and supplies, and develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise custodial staff and delegate tasks to ensure efficient cleaning operations
2. Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and quality
3. Inspect client premises to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance service delivery
4. Collaborate with operations managers to develop and implement facilities management plans
5. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations
6. Manage inventory and supplies to ensure optimal usage and minimize waste
7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms
8. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in facilities management or related field preferred
2. Three to five years of experience in facilities management or related field
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
7. Familiarity with facilities management software and systems
8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
