About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Therapist to join our Forensics Team as a Co-Responder. This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing responsive outreach services to individuals in crisis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to 9-1-1 calls with law enforcement officials to provide crisis intervention and stabilization services
  • Assess individuals for safety and evaluate their need for higher levels of care
  • Navigate relevant mental health, substance abuse, and medical services to ensure comprehensive care
  • Facilitate in-service training for law enforcement officers and participate in ridealongs
  • Collaborate with Case Managers and other AllHealth staff to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Counseling Psychology, Psychology, or Social Work (preferred)
  • LMFT, LCSW, or LPC licensure (required)
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment and maintain a calm demeanor in crisis situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and mutual respect
