Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice On Call

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Hospice On Call professional in Rutland, Vermont.

Job Description:

We offer a unique schedule with 7 nights on, 7 nights off, every other week, with full-time weekly compensation and benefits.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, including administration of medication, wound care, and other treatments.
  • Conducting thorough assessments of clients' conditions and developing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Documenting client information and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in Vermont.
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience.
  • Prior home care and/or hospice experience is strongly preferred.
  • Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus.
