Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at King O'Rourke Auto Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle ownership experience.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Service Coordination: Coordinate with our service team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
• Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
• Repair Estimates: Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates for customers, including explanations of necessary repairs and costs.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, service technicians, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Experience: 1 year of experience in an automotive service environment.
• Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Competitive Salary: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year.
