Busser Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Busser to join our team at Catch Steak. As a Busser, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and reset tables with attention to detail, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Properly stock all side stations to par, maintaining a well-stocked and efficient service area.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all service areas, dining room floors, guest restrooms, and paths of service.
  • Assist the dishwashers in maintaining order of plates and glassware in the dish room.
  • Complete end-of-night closing side-work as per restaurant standards.
Requirements:
  • Be organized and proficient at multi-tasking.
  • Have a polished and well-groomed appearance.
  • Be a reliable, flexible team player willing to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Have strong verbal communication skills.
  • Be committed to perfection and have a genuine passion for hospitality.

  • Have open availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
