Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Breakfast Supervisor to join our team at Dancing Bear Aspen Residences. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our breakfast operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Quality and Presentation: Ensure that all breakfast dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train breakfast attendants and cooks to ensure that they are meeting the required standards of service and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Manage food inventory, ordering, and storage to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet demand.
  • Cost Control: Work with the management team to maintain food and labor costs within the budget.
  • Special Events: Assist with planning and executing special events, such as welcome receptions and holiday events.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests have a positive experience during their stay, including providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Minimum two years of culinary supervisory experience required.
  • Language Skills: Excellent use of the English language required.
  • Working Conditions: Continuous standing and walking, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, occasional stooping, crouching, and reaching.
