This role involves working collaboratively with nurses and medical assistants to manage physician practices, coordinate schedules, and process patient information.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing physician schedules and coordinating tests/procedures for patients
  • Processing medication refills, prior authorizations, and patient assistant program requests
  • Learning and utilizing the electronic medical records system for effective documentation
  • Assessing and preparing incoming mail for physician review
  • Completing FMLA and disability forms promptly

Eligible candidates must have Medical Assistant experience with active NCMA, CMA (AAMA), RMA, or CCMA credentials.
