POSITION OVERVIEW
The role involves delivering exceptional customer service and support, ensuring accurate and prompt order processing for lubricant products and services. The representative will assist clients and provide necessary support in alignment with company policies and standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Efficiently process customer orders for lubricant and related products in accordance with established company protocols.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and discrepancies promptly, adhering to defined procedures.
- Research and provide solutions for routine customer issues, including service information and inventory status.
- Communicate order details to customers, including expected delivery timelines and schedules.
- Ensure timely handling of customer inquiries and follow up as needed.
- Offer technical assistance to customers when required.
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse inventory, order statuses, backorders, and vendor purchase orders.
- Input billing information for customer invoicing.
- Assist with logistics functions such as load manifesting, shipment routing, and preparing necessary documentation for plant personnel.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
Support marketing initiatives and communications directed at customers.
Adhere to GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, as well as Environmental Health and Safety regulations.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, along with relevant clerical experience that includes strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as mathematical proficiency. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service is preferred.
Proficiency in keyboarding and computer skills is essential.
Demonstrated professional communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities are crucial.
Essential skills include business acumen, collaboration, effective communication, customer orientation, decision-making, and continuous skill development.
A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record are required.
Ability to work in environments that may involve exposure to noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards, necessitating appropriate safety measures.
Willingness to engage in mandatory training related to GROWMARK's policies and position requirements is expected.
