J Harlan Group, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Associate to join their team. As a key member of the investment management team, you will be responsible for evaluating and executing investments across various asset classes and capital structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial modeling and cash flow analysis for real asset portfolios
  • Qualitative and quantitative business, financial, and due diligence
  • Working with lenders to secure financing

Requirements:
