Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative business, financial, and other due diligence in conjunction with the deal team and third-party advisors
  • Work with lenders to secure financing through revolving facilities, private placements, and public capital markets
  • Prepare internal materials, including Investment Memorandums and transaction analysis for presentation to the Investment Committee
  • Monitor and support investment assets and portfolio companies
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, investment firm, or fund experience
  • Structured Finance or Leveraged Finance or Alternative Asset experience - Rail, Aviation, Transportation experience is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage a process from start to finish with true ownership in areas that might be new to both the individual and even the firm

The salary range is $80,000 - $140,000 plus employees may also be eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable laws.
