Key Responsibilities
In the role of Sales Operations Support Specialist, you will serve as a primary support member for our inside sales team, also referred to as the FPC.
This position encompasses various responsibilities, including direct collaboration with our regional managers.
You will be the primary contact for utilizing our CRM to compile team data, retrieve call recordings for coaching and feedback, and organize weekly/monthly data for performance evaluation.
Additionally, you will interact with our inside sales team, providing support related to CRM and timecard inquiries.What We Offer You as Part of #PrecoaLife

Qualifications
If you possess the following skills, we would like to connect with you:
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles, or an undergraduate degree.
- Advanced typing skills (75 wpm).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook), Google Drive, Zoom, and ADP.
- Strong communication skills – articulate speaker, attentive listener, and empathetic.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Effective task management – adept at taking direction from various team members; efficiently balancing competing tasks with a positive attitude; gathering and organizing information for analysis; identifying issues and addressing them promptly.
