Revolutionize Apartment Living as a Leasing Consultant

AvalonBay Communities is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our leasing team at one of our apartment communities. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the driving force in helping residents find their perfect home, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a sense of community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct personalized tours and provide tailored recommendations to prospective residents
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents and colleagues to create a positive and welcoming community
  • Utilize sales and marketing skills to drive leasing performance and community enthusiasm
  • Stay up-to-date on community amenities and services to provide accurate information to residents
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve leasing goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
