Compass Group Careers is seeking a highly skilled Dining Systems Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service operations, you will be responsible for coordinating patient meal service, ensuring employees are adequately trained, and overseeing systems and processes to provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee Nutrition Operators, Workstation, and Wait Staff Associates to ensure seamless meal service.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with nursing to ensure patients' diet prescriptions are accurate and food needs are met.
- Communicate patient-related problems or concerns to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
- Submit required documentation, reports, and logs in a timely and professional manner.
- Visit patients on assigned nursing units or areas to ensure exceptional service.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous catering experience and a valid ServSafe certification.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
