Trades Supervisor

This is a challenging role that requires a strong background in construction and maintenance, with experience supervising a team of trade professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment and systems, as well as coordinating with other maintenance staff to ensure the overall maintenance program is running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and 5-7 years of experience in a related field. They will also have a working knowledge of the methods, procedures, and work rules related to construction, preventive maintenance, and repair of equipment.

• Supervise assigned personnel in the maintenance of equipment and systems
• Manage various repair contracts
• Order materials and supplies to meet work order requirements
• Coordinate with other maintenance staff to assist with the overall maintenance program
• Provide technical input to improve task completion for assigned work orders

• Ability to troubleshoot problems in the construction of structures and the maintenance and repair of equipment
