Avera St Benedict Health Center is seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join their team. This position offers a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $28.87 per hour, based on the provided hourly range of $22.00 - $31.75.

As a Medical Laboratory Technician at Avera St Benedict Health Center, you will be responsible for performing various clinical laboratory tests, procedures, and related duties. You will utilize scientific principles, technical skills, and problem-solving aptitudes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.

The ideal candidate will possess an Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from an accredited two-year college program or technical school. Additionally, certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician from the ASCP, AMT, or equivalent within 12 months of hire is required.

This role involves working varied shifts, including every fifth weekend, holiday, and weekday/weekend call schedule. The work environment is fast-paced, and attention to detail is crucial.
