About the RoleAs a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care during admissions and discharges. You will participate in ongoing assessments of patient care services, collaborating with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care.
- Participate in ongoing assessments of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
