Maintenance Technician Job Description

At Frontall USA, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose issues with equipment and machinery, using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and test equipment and machinery to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of spare parts and equipment, and order replacements as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other maintenance team members and production staff to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
