Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy to ensure the upkeep of our facilities and equipment.
  • Lead a team of technicians and maintenance personnel to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repairs.
  • Collaborate with our construction and facilities teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with landlords and property owners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our facilities and maintenance operations remain competitive.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven leadership and management experience in maintenance and facilities operations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction, maintenance, and repair.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
