Nurse Care Specialist

DaVita is seeking a dedicated Nurse to provide exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in an outpatient dialysis setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate and empathetic care to patients and their families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis treatment and self-care
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
