Responsibilities:
  • Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents, following their individualized care plans and as directed by supervisors.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions, including physical, emotional, or behavioral changes.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Document resident care and services provided, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
  • Must possess a GED and Certified Nursing Assistant Course.
  • Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
  • Must be able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
